This is a newly updated English version of my animated explainer on universal basic income. I first made the film years ago as a student, and I am amazed by how relevant it still is today.

As debates around AI and automation intensify, the questions at the heart of the film feel more urgent than ever. What happens when technological progress outpaces social progress? How do we respond to a future in which work, security, and human dignity are being fundamentally reshaped?

This short animated film invites viewers to look at the labor crisis from a new perspective. It introduces universal basic income as a bold and controversial idea, while opening up a broader conversation about the kind of society we want to build in the age of AI. Please have a look and share!
